Professor healed at school

     On the final exam day for on of my OT classes at Belmont University God showed up in a great way (and not just letting me pass the class). Dr. Sam* came walked in slowly, acting sad. He was normally a very happy and enthusiastic guy. One of my classmates asked him if something was wrong. He said yester day he sprained his ankle and it was incredibly painful. He passed out the exam and sat down. One time he got up and limped to the water fountain and back. It was pitiful to watch. I knew Jesus did not do this to him, and I couldn’t seem leave with out asking to pray for him. Dr. Sam was a theology major and had an amazing grasp of the Old Testament. I thought wouldn’t it be awesome to demonstrate the New Testament power and love of God, by healing him. I prayed during the exam and felt the presence of the Lord come upon me. When the exam was over, I ask if I could pray for his ankle. He said yes, but he said he was unable to stand on it. I told him to just sit down, and I started to pray. I prayed out loud and quoted part of Psalms 103 which we were required to learn “… and do not forget his benefits, who forgives all your sin and heals all your diseases”.  I ask him if he could feel anything, and he said Ya, I feel warmth. So I told him to check it out and stand up. He stood up and got this bland/ amazed look on his face. He said it feels better. It’s like 60% better. I told him that was amazing, and prayed again. I commanded healing again and thank God for the progress. I ask him to check it out again. This time he walked a little bit, and said it feels better, it feels completely better. Praise God! After this we talked about God and healing for about 15 minutes. It was really awesome to get that opportunity and to see Dr. Sam be able to go home pain free! Praise Jesus!
